licensure here in Alabama along with the law and rules and
regulations in which the massage therapy profession operates. To
obtain application information for massage therapist, massage
establishment, massage school or massage school instructor, please
visit the FORMS section of this website.
You can download a consumer complaint form on this web site to
submit to our office if you wish to file a complaint on someone or
a business. We promote very ethical and professional conduct among
the massage therapy profession. So please remember that frivolous
complaints cost money and subject an increase in license fees if
frivolous complaints get out of hand. You will also be able to
view the individuals and/or businesses that have been disciplined
by the Board.
